Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact pureessence0709@gmail.com for assistance.

Refunds:

• Refunds are applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.

• Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

Returns:

• Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the error is from our end.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.

• Partially used or opened products.
